Payments are online through Razorpay. 70% opens a package order. 30% is paid at handover. Card numbers are not stored on this site.

Online only
Nexus Global Tech accepts payment online through Razorpay. A method appears only where Razorpay supports that customer country and currency. Cash, cheque and an in-person transfer are not accepted. Keys stay in the server environment. They are not printed on this page.
70% then 30%
A one-time package is paid in two online payments. Seventy percent opens the order. Thirty percent is paid when the product is handed over. A monthly plan is the price of that month, paid online in full. The browser does not decide the amount. The server does.
Confirmation
A payment is confirmed only after the server verifies the provider signature and the amount. A thank-you screen in the browser is not enough. Nexus Global Tech does not store card numbers. The receipt is in your account, under Orders and Invoices.
Currency
Package prices on this site are shown in US dollars. Razorpay shows the amount and currency before you confirm the payment. Your bank may add its own conversion or international fee.
If a payment fails
A failed or cancelled attempt does not mark the order as paid. Open the order in your account and try again. Opening the payment page again does not create a second charge.
Payment details
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the Razorpay checkout. This site never sees or stores them.
Taxes and invoices
Where tax applies, it is shown on the checkout and on your invoice before you pay. Invoices are issued in the name and country you enter at checkout, so please enter your billing details correctly.
Payments from India (INR)
Customers in India pay in Indian rupees through Razorpay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking, as offered on the Razorpay payment window. Digital-marketing packages are priced in INR.
International payments (USD)
Website, app and software packages are priced in US dollars. Customers outside India pay by international debit or credit card through Razorpay, where Razorpay supports that card and country. Your bank may convert the amount into your own currency at its exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee; any such conversion or bank charge is set by your bank and is not collected by us.
Failed or double payments
An order is marked paid only after our server checks Razorpay's payment signature. If money left your account but the order still shows unpaid, or you were charged twice, email contact@nexusglobaltechs.com with the order number. Razorpay usually returns an amount from a failed payment to your account by itself; a confirmed duplicate charge is refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds and chargebacks
Approved refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and go back to the original payment method through Razorpay; your bank decides how long the credit takes to appear. Before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please write to us first so we can resolve it quickly. If a dispute is raised, we share the order, quote and delivery records with Razorpay and your bank.
Coupons and discounts
An active coupon code can be applied on the checkout page. The discount is shown before you pay and is saved on the order and invoice. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or added after payment.
Watch out for fake payment requests
We only ask for payment through the checkout on nexusglobaltechs.com or a Razorpay link sent from our official email. We never ask for an OTP, PIN or card number by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you get such a request, do not pay and tell us at contact@nexusglobaltechs.com.
