You receive care for a product you already have. Each month that care covers the patches, a backup check, and the small change that was agreed. A larger change is new work. The sheet on this page is an example of that month. It is not a promise that the site never goes down.

Before the month starts
Six lines a maintenance month has to say
A headset icon is not a plan. If a line below is still “we will see”, the month is not ready. The quotation names the lines.
The system
The site or the app, by name. “Everything we host” is not a system. A month that cannot point at one address cannot be checked.
The look
Which pages get opened, and how often. A look has a result written down. It is not a promise that someone is watching every minute.
The patch
Updates that already belong to the system: the platform, the certificate, the parts you run. A new product is not a patch.
The backup
A file from a named day, and whether anyone is due to open it. The plan says if a restore test sits in the month. A file nobody has opened is only a file.
The small change
A sentence, a price, a photo, or a small fix, inside an allowance. The allowance is a count or a list. It is not “whatever comes up”.
The stop
A new section, a new integration, or a new role is a quotation. Work that sneaks past the stop is how a month becomes an argument.

North Yard is not a customer on this page. WK-14 is a sample sheet so you can see a month with a stop in it. The shop-hours line was asked for. It did not fit the specimen month, so it stays unmarked.
Why the last line stays open
A sheet that turns every request green is a story, not a month. The open line is the limit. If that change matters, it gets its own brief. It does not get quietly added because the lamp is green.

Questions that change the month
Is the support unlimited?
No. The month names the checks and the change allowance. Past that line, the work is a new quotation. An unlimited queue is not a plan.
Do you promise the site never goes down?
No. A check that a page opens is a look with a result. It is not a percentage, and it is not a promise that nothing will fail. If a failure rule matters, it is written in the quotation.
What is the 30-day window?
After launch, defects in the work that was delivered sit in a 30-day window. After that, care is the monthly sheet. A new idea is not a defect.
Does the domain stay in our name?
Yes. The domain stays in your name. Hosting can stay on your account. Maintenance is the looking and the agreed changes. It is not a claim on the name.
Is a new feature part of the month?
No. A new section, a new integration, or a new role is a project brief. The month can include a sentence, a price, a photo, or a small fix, and only inside the written allowance.
Can the public site be Arabic or Hindi?
When the brief asks for it. The studio is in Noida, India. The primary market is the UAE and the Gulf. The language of the site is part of the system you name, not an extra guessed later.
Name the system. Then name the stop.
Bring the address, what should be looked at, and the changes that must fit in the month. The quotation comes after that. Payment comes after the plan, not from this page.
